The water tank provides up to 6 resistance levels and is angled at 45 degrees, offering a broader range of resistance compared to other rowers. The CRW800H2O console features a large, easy-to-read 5.5” LCD with an adjustable viewing angle, giving athletes access to essential workout data where and when they need it. It displays key metrics including Time, Distance, Calories, Pulse, SPM, Total Strokes, Watts, 500 Time / Avg Time 500, and Level. With 5 pre-programmed workouts and optional manual settings, users of all levels can stay engaged and maximize their training. The console also automatically detects strokes, making it easy to start your workout by simply sitting down and pulling on the handlebar.
