Order Shipment

Shipping Options

Our standard "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is often free and typically delivers within 5-7 business days from the date of order. For select products, we also offer the following enhanced delivery options:

• Threshold Shipping: Your order will be delivered to your porch or a sheltered/garage area.
• White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of all packaging materials. Please note that saunas will not be assembled as part of this service.
