• 1 Year: Paint, chrome, upholstery, and grips
• 3 Years: Cables, belts, bolts, nuts, caps, plugs, bumpers, washers, levelers, decals, gas springs, and other hardware
• 5 Years: All moving parts (pulleys, bushings, bearings, pull pins)
• Lifetime: Frame and welded parts (original purchaser only)

Commercial Use Coverage

• 6 Months: Paint, chrome, upholstery, and grips
• 1 Year: Cables, belts, bolts, nuts, caps, plugs, bumpers, washers, levelers, decals, gas springs, and other hardware

What’s Not Covered

• Damage from shipping, misuse, accidents, natural disasters, and any modifications or improper installation. Normal wear and tear and use of non-Batca parts are also excluded.

• Defective parts may be repaired or replaced at Batca’s discretion.
• Labor costs and shipping to the factory for warranty service are the purchaser’s responsibility.
• Proof of purchase, serial number, model number, and date of purchase are required.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
